Digital Growth Roadmap (90 Days + 12 Months)
The joined-up plan most businesses are missing
Digital Growth Roadmap is a deeper, practical digital growth roadmap that aligns your website, messaging, funnel, channels, and measurement into one clear plan – so effort turns into outcomes.
If you’ve outgrown “random tactics” (posting, boosting, occasional SEO fixes, or redesign ideas without a clear strategy), this roadmap gives you a joined-up system to scale leads or sales more predictably. You’ll know what to prioritise, what to stop doing, and what to measure – over the next 90 days and the next 12 months.
This includes everything in the Strategy Sprint, but goes further: we refine the offer and messaging, map the funnel/journey, select the right channels for your model, and design a measurement framework so you can prove what’s working.
In short: this digital growth roadmap is built for execution – not theory, and it gives you a clear order of operations so your next steps are obvious.
Who this is for
- You’re spending monthly on marketing but results are inconsistent
- You want to scale leads/sales with a predictable system
- You need a clearer offer + funnel before spending more
- You want a measurable growth plan for the next 12 months
- You suspect the real issue is “joined-up strategy” (not more tactics)
What we build
- Offer + messaging clarity (so people understand and trust you fast)
- Funnel plan (pages and steps that move visitors to action)
- Channel strategy (SEO/content/email/paid as appropriate)
- Content plan (service pages + clusters + internal linking)
- Measurement framework (KPIs + events + reporting outline)
- A phased implementation plan with budget ranges
We focus on the leverage points that typically unlock growth: clearer positioning, stronger conversion paths, channel-fit (so you don’t force tactics that don’t suit your market), and measurement that makes decisions easier. The goal is to reduce wasted spend and make your next 90 days more effective – while building toward sustainable results over 12 months.
Deliverables
- Digital growth roadmap strategy pack (PDF/deck)
- 90-day execution plan
- 12-month roadmap
- KPI framework + measurement requirements
- Implementation recommendations (DIY / VVRapid / hybrid)
What you’ll walk away with: a clear order of operations (what to do first, second, and third), the right content and page priorities, which channels deserve focus, and the events/KPIs you need to track so you can see progress. If you’re considering a rebuild, this also helps define scope properly so you don’t rebuild the wrong thing.
Because this digital growth roadmap includes both a 90-day execution plan and a 12-month view, it’s easier to balance quick wins with the longer-term foundations that compound (content, SEO, conversion, and measurement).
Timeline
3–6 weeks depending on access + feedback.

FAQs
Is this just a longer Sprint?
It includes the Sprint, but goes deeper on offer clarity, funnel design, channel fit, and measurement. You’ll receive a 90-day execution plan plus a 12-month roadmap, with KPIs and implementation guidance.
Will this include paid ads?
If ads fit your model, yes – we’ll include them in the channel plan. If not, we’ll say so and focus on higher-ROI channels like SEO/content, email, and conversion improvements.
Do you create content for us?
Not included by default. This roadmap includes a content plan (pages, clusters, internal linking), and content creation can be added as a follow-on if you want VVRapid to implement it.
Can this guide a website rebuild?
Yes, it’s ideal for defining rebuild scope properly. You’ll know which pages matter most, what the funnel should be, and what messaging and KPIs the site must support.
What if our tracking is messy or incomplete?
That’s common. The roadmap includes a measurement framework (KPIs + events + reporting outline) and the requirements needed so you can measure outcomes reliably going forward.
What does “budget ranges” mean?
You’ll get a phased implementation plan with indicative ranges by phase so you can decide what to do now, what to defer, and what level of effort is required (DIY, VVRapid, or hybrid).
