2. Monthly update cycle
   Once a month, we log in, run updates and perform basic website maintenance tasks. This includes core updates, light performance checks and a malware scan.
3. Backups and safety net
   We create a monthly backup so you can recover quickly if something goes wrong. This backup is part of the safety net that comes with BASIC M&C.
4. Minor content changes
   You can request small content updates each month, up to 30 minutes in total. This might be a change to opening hours, prices, text, images or a simple new section.
5. Optional uptime monitoring
   If you want, we can add basic uptime monitoring so we know if your site goes down. With basic website maintenance, this is an optional extra, not full alerting.
6. Email support when you need it
   If you have questions or small issues, you can contact us by email. We handle requests that fit inside the time and scope of the BASIC M&C plan.
