- Updates (core/themes/plugins based on plan), security checks, backups, malware scanning, and ongoing monitoring. The plan mainly changes how often and how deep we go.
- Minor edits like text updates, image swaps, small layout tweaks, adding a new section to an existing page, or updating contact details. (Not full redesigns or major new features.)
- We roll back to a safe restore point and fix the issue. If the break is due to deeper plugin/theme conflicts, we’ll explain options and quote if it becomes a bigger repair.
- Yes. All plans include security best practices and malware scanning. Higher plans include stronger monitoring and faster response.
- BASIC: monthly backups.
