Choose Basic Content if you just want to stay visible with a steady, low-maintenance stream of posts – one solid blog per month plus a few social posts.
Choose Standard Content if you want regular blogs + social content that supports your SEO and keeps your brand in front of people more consistently.
Choose Premium Content if content and SEO are key growth channels and you want deeper articles, thought leadership pieces and a strong social presence every month.

All content plans include:
– Blog and/or article writing based on your business and goals
– Social post copy (no generic fluff) aligned with your blog topics
– Basic to full SEO optimisation depending on plan
– At least one revision round per piece
– Content tailored to your brand voice and audience
– Delivery in a simple format (e.g. Google Docs / Word) ready to upload or schedule
Standard and Premium add more pieces, more depth and more strategy.

By default, we:
– Write and deliver the content (blog copy + social copy),
– You or your team handle uploading, formatting and scheduling.
If you’d like us to handle more of the publishing / formatting side (e.g. posting to WordPress or scheduling posts in a tool you use), we can add that as a separate managed add-on.

We mix:
– Your business goals (services you want to push, FAQs you hear, campaigns)
– Keyword and SEO insights (especially on Standard and Premium)
– Your ideal audience (what they’re trying to solve or understand)
For Basic, we keep topics simple and aligned to your core offerings.
For Standard and Premium, we’ll usually send a monthly mini content plan or editorial outline so you can approve topics before we write.

Yes, that’s the goal.
We’ll ask you for:
– Your website URL
– Any brand voice notes (formal / casual, playful / serious, etc.)
– A few examples of content you like (yours or others)
We then write in a tone that feels like “you”, not like a random template. If something feels off in the first pieces, you can give feedback and we’ll adjust.

We can do both (and also South African English if you prefer).
Just tell us:
– Which variant you want (US, UK, SA, etc.)
– If there are any words you always prefer (e.g. “clients” vs “customers”, “shop” vs “store”)
We’ll keep it consistent across all content.

Yes, especially on Standard and Premium.
– Basic Content: light SEO with sensible headings, basic keyword use, meta suggestions.
– Standard Content: full on-page SEO-Focused content for each blog — keyword focus, headings, meta, internal link suggestions.
– Premium Content: SEO baked into the content strategy, topic clusters and individual pieces.
If you’re on an SEO plan as well, we’ll make sure content and SEO are working together, not separately.
– We follow Google for Developers advice and recommendations.

Rough guide:
– Basic Content: 1 round of revisions per piece
– Standard Content: up to 2 rounds per piece
– Premium Content: up to 2 rounds per piece, with more upfront planning
Most of the time, 1–2 rounds is enough once we’ve nailed your tone and structure. If you want major rewrites or large scope changes, we’ll chat and decide whether it needs extra time.

By default, we:
– Suggest what type of image to use (e.g. “hero image idea”, “diagram suggestion”)
– Add notes where visuals would help (especially on Standard and Premium)
If you want us to source and licence stock images for you, we can build that into a custom plan or add-on.

We may use AI as a support tool for idea generation, outlines, or drafts – but everything we deliver is:
– Reviewed and edited by a human
– Checked for clarity, accuracy and tone
– Tailored specifically to your business and audience
You’re not getting copy-paste generic stuff; you’re getting content shaped around your brand and offers.

Generally:
– Quick approval on topics / content plan
– Any offers, updates or campaigns you want featured
– Feedback on early pieces so we can dial in your style faster
We try to keep it light on your side with short check-ins, not long homework.

You do.
Once it’s paid for, you own the content and can:
– Publish it wherever you like (site, socials, newsletter, etc.)
– Repurpose or edit it further
– Keep using it even if you stop the plan later
We retain only the right to show short excerpts in our portfolio if you’re okay with that.

We recommend at least 3 months if you want to see real impact from regular content, but we typically work:
– On a month-to-month basis,
– With a one-month cancellation notice.
That gives us enough time to learn your brand, refine the tone and start building momentum.
